What to Bring
Getting dirty is inevitable at camp! Make sure your teens are dressed for the outdoors, and be sure to send these essentials with your teen to Vertex:
- Travel pillow
- Sleeping bag
- Shorts
- Synthetic long pants
- Fleece jacket
- Sweatshirt
- Rain jacket
- 2 pairs of synthetic hiking socks
- Tee shirts
- Sandals with a heel strap for kayaking
- Socks
- Swimsuit (one piece)
- Towel
- Toothbrush
- Travel size toothpaste
- Brush/Comb
- Water bottle
- Sunscreen
- Bible
- Flashlight or Headlamp
- Travel size shampoo
- Pencil or pen
We request campers be modest in their dress. Girls, no spaghetti strap tank tops or short shorts please.
Be sure to label all of your teen’s belongings with his or her name!
