For each new Pioneer, Explorer or Mountaineer you refer, you will receive $75 off your camp fee. For each new Trail Blazer or Day Camper you refer, you will receive $30 off your camp fee. There is no limit on the number of people you can refer! You could come to camp for free! Check out our Camper Site to see what your camper receives when you refer someone too!
The new camper must put your name in the “How did you hear about Camp Cedar Cliff?” box when registering. This discount does not apply to referrals made to people in your immediate family or to previous campers.
Early Bird Discount
Register by Sept 30 to save 7% on your camp fees. Register by December 31 and save 5%. Discount automatically applied at time of registration.

Save 10% on a camp of lesser or equal value for each sibling following the oldest sibling. In order to receive this discount, you must contact the camp office. It will not be applied automatically. The sibling discount cannot be combined with any other discounts and does not apply to Day Camp.
Host a Home Show
A great way to refer new campers is to host a Home Show! Invite your friends over to hear about camp. Our staff will come to your home (or church), show a camp video, and get people excited about what goes on at Camp Cedar Cliff! If new families register at your Home Show, they will save 10% and you get a $75 credit for each new camper signed up. For more information, call our office at 828.450.3331.
We will reimburse party expenses up to $75.
We also offer scholarships for the children of pastors and active military personnel, and discounts to BGEA and Samaritan’s Purse employees. Please call our camp office at 828.450.3331 for more information.
These discounts do not apply to Day Camp and cannot be combined with each other, Early Bird discounts or Home Show attendee discounts.
The payment plan is a convenient way to pay for camp throughout the year. There are 2 easy methods:
- Select ‘Monthly Installments’ when registering your camper online. This will setup your monthly payments to automatically deduct once a month starting in September (or whenever signed up). It will equally divide the total amount due into easy payments, with the final payment due June 1.
- You pick the amount, and we will charge your credit card on the first of every month. You can continue to use the payment plan until June 1st. We offer scholarships for both day and overnight camp sessions. Scholarships are awarded based on need, funds available, and at the discretion of the scholarship committee. We require a completed application and camp registration with $75 deposit for each camper before we will consider you for a scholarship. Download the application.
