At Camp Cedar Cliff, we’re honored to offer a selection of discounts, scholarships, referral programs, and payment plans as a way to help support families in sending their child to camp. Some are application based, some are incentives – take a look at the detailed list below for more!

Discounts

Early Bird Discounts

Register early and save! This is our only early bird discount offered annually for pre-registration so be sure to snag your 10% while it’s offered!

Discount automatically applied at time of registration. You can register online or call us at 828.450.3331. May not be combined with other discounts/scholarships.

Scholarships

Pastor, Military, and BGEA Scholarships

We’re excited to offer scholarships for the children of pastors, active military personnel, and BGEA/Samaritan’s Purse employees.

Pastor Scholarship – 30% Off Tuition
Military Scholarship – 20% Off Tuition
BGEA/Samaritan’s Purse – 10% Off Tuition

Please email verification of status to camp@campcedarcliff.org. Once received, confirmation will be sent when scholarship is added to your financial ledger. May not be combined with other discounts/scholarships.

Camp Scholarship Program

We offer scholarships for both day and overnight camp sessions. through our Camp Cedar Cliff Scholarship Program. Scholarships are awarded based on need, funds available, and at the discretion of the scholarship committee. Scholarships may not be combined with other discounts/scholarships.

We require a completed application and camp registration with $100 deposit for each camper before we will consider you for a scholarship. Click button below to complete the form! Please be aware that scholarships for our 2-week mountaineer program are extremely limited.

Referral Program

Refer-a-Friend

We love seeing new faces at camp! Join in on our referral program and save.

For each new Pioneer, Explorer or Mountaineer you refer, you will receive $75 off your camp fee.
For each new Trail Blazer or Day Camper you refer, you will receive $30 off your camp fee.
There is no limit on the number of people you can refer! You could come to camp for free!

The new camper must put your name in the “How did you hear about Camp Cedar Cliff?” box when registering. This discount does not apply to referrals made to people in your immediate family or to previous campers. Referral discount can be combined with any other discount or scholarship.

Host a Homeshow

A great way to refer new campers is to host a Home Show! Invite your friends over to hear about camp. Our staff will come to your home (or church), show a camp video, and get people excited about what goes on at Camp Cedar Cliff!

We also host virtual Home Shows via Zoom or Facebook! Gather your friends and we’ll host a video to tell them all about the excitement of camp.

If new families register at your Home Show:

For each new Pioneer, Explorer or Mountaineer that registers at your Home Show, you BOTH will receive $75 off your camp tuition
For each new Trail Blazer or Day Camper that registers at your Home Show, you BOTH will receive $30 off your camp tuition.

Payment Plan

Monthly Installments

This payment plan is a convenient and easy way to pay for camp throughout the year.

Select ‘Monthly Installments’ when registering your camper online. This will setup your monthly payments to automatically deduct once a month starting in September (or whenever signed up). It will equally divide the total amount due into easy payments, with the final payment being withdrawn on June 1.
