Fall Day Camp

Starting August 31

Camp Cedar Cliff is thrilled to announce that we will continue offering our Day Camp program as we enter this Fall Semester!

We know that there are so many unknowns as we approach the “back-to-school” season, and everyone’s situation seems to be a little bit different. During the coming weeks, we’d love the opportunity to continue to minister to our campers (and new ones!) by way of our Fall Day Camp program specifically for current K-6th graders.

At camp, your child will experience a week similar to our Summer sessions, with time each day set aside to work on any school work they might be able to bring with them. Outside of that study block, they’ll participate in tons of games and activities they already know and love, such as archery, swimming, and zip lining. Each session will be packed with as much adventure and outdoor enrichment that we can cram into a week! Lunch will be provided daily.

Most of all, day campers will hear about Jesus and have great Christian role models. Just like during the summer, day camp counselors are highly trained and motivated leaders who love kids and will help your child grow spiritually, develop social skills, and build self-confidence.

Yes! A camper may request to be in a day camp group (pod) with up to two friends of the same
gender, age and/or grade. You will need to list these requests in the Cabin Request box on the
registration page. To make your pod request valid, your camper’s friend(s) must also request
your camper on their registration form. We will do our best to honor these requests.

No. If your child attended day camp for Summer 2020, you will not be required to redo your release forms.

Yes! The Trading Post is the camp store where campers may purchase candy bars, drinks, assorted
toys, water bottles, and camp T-shirts. Campers visit the Trading Post multiple times during the week. We
suggest putting $15- $25 per week in your camper’s Trading Post account.

You can fund your child’s account by:

  • Logging into your CampMinder account and selecting ‘View Trading Post’ from the My
Account homepage. Select the camper’s name and hit ‘Fund’. Enter amount and pay.
  • At drop-off
  • By calling the camp office

Be sure to tell your camper how much money they have to spend. Please do not send cash with
your camper. At the end of the week, refunds will be given for the remaining balance if over
$10.00. If the remaining balance is less than $10.00, Camp Cedar Cliff will consider that
balance as a donation to our Scholarship Fund, unless otherwise notified by the parent.
Campers who will be returning to Day Camp during a later week will have their Trading Post
balance rolled over to that week.
